Everyday Health Professional is seeking an MLR Coordinator to join the team.  The MLR Coordinator is responsible for team support and assisting with shepherding branded, digital creative assets through rigorous internal development and Q&A culminating in client submission and review processes.
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Serves as the MLR coordinator for select accounts and is responsible for assisting with day-to-day guidance and implementation of projects through the approval and triage process. This position will work with MLR Managers to ensure quality and consistency at the development and review stages of project
  • Helps review creative revisions to copy and final art to ensure materials meet client requirements
  • Assists in the preparation of custom asset submissions; including: annotating files, testing assets in staging prior to submissions, tagging and annotating within client submission systems
  • Assists in evaluating adequate presence and size of fair balance in relationship to claims being made
  • Assists with submission readiness that includes substantiated claims, functional explanations, and ensures referencing that conforms to AMA Style Guide
  • Learns and maintains a knowledge base regarding promotional compliance within Pharma marketing
  • Helps to write and update specific brand guidelines, incorporating client medical/legal/regulatory requirements and feedback
  • Attends training for various client submission systems and understands client’s regulatory submission process and timelines
  • Helps to review creative copy documents for custom assets and understands the purpose/intent
  • Helps to check graphs, charts and tables to ensure data is displayed clearly, correctly and mathematical calculations are accurate
  • Proactively addresses issues, gaps, options for optimal and timely submissions and approvals
  • Works on multiple programs, prioritizes work effectively and communicates clearly and professionally  
 
Job Qualifications/Requirements: 
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Strong and responsive communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of organization
  • Project Management Skills/Training is a plus
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Articulate and confident in both written and verbal communications
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Tech savvy; able to navigate submission systems
The most important skills required are top notch communication skills, self-motivation, team-work, prioritization and the management of diverse tasks.  This person must have the ability to work under pressure, utilize effective time management and organization client-focus and a willingness to take ownership of projects.
