The Opportunity

Health eCareers a property of Everyday Health Group, is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to create, implement and track B2B marketing programs that support customer retention and new acquisition engagement and revenue goals.  This role reports to the Director of B2B Marketing and is an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for managing multiple campaigns across marketing channels, testing new strategies, working with the sales organization, and helping Health eCareers advance its position as the leading career resource for health care professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support B2B marketing and sales efforts as relates to: lead generation, funnel tracking, attribution, and analytics
  • Develop, manage, and optimize demand generation marketing campaigns across email, search, social, display, and other channels
  • Execute content marketing strategy, including developing outlines, conducting customer interviews, and managing projects with writing and design teams
  • Partner with the Product team on developing and implementing effective marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
  • Oversee paid and organic channels including strategy, budget, and optimization.
  • Work with Director and email operations team to execute and optimize email marketing strategies to increase client engagement, lead generation, and develop new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnership, product, and other internal teams as needed in order to achieve key objectives
  • Evaluate marketing channels, campaigns, and tactics through thoughtful data analysis and use insights to focus efforts on activities that drive results

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4 years or more experience in demand generation
  • Experience working in B2B marketing and with sales teams
  • Experience managing organic and paid marketing channels
  • Expert in Google Ads, Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Experience identifying and measuring SEO opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Pardot Marketing Automation platform (or equivalent)
  • Experience in healthcare marketing a plus
