The Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a full-time Product Manager to unlock the value of data for our members, clients and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the intersection of delivering high-quality user experiences based on data collection with the ever-changing landscape of privacy and compliance while supporting our mission. Key Responsibilities

  • Shape product vision for member acquisition, data collection and data activation across multiple brands, global markets and platforms including websites, mobile apps, email and internal back end tools
  • Partner with and influence Marketing, Business Development, and Sales team stakeholders who may have different goals to drive user acquisition and revenue growth
  • Develop user experiences collaboratively with a cross-functional team including User Experience (UX), Tech, Editorial and fellow Product Managers
  • Drive product initiatives using agile development methods, ensuring timely delivery and optimal use of team resources
  • Prioritize initiatives for Data teams based on quarterly roadmap planning and company KPIs
  • Determine metrics of success and partner with Analytics to measure and monitor ongoing performance
  • Maintain a test & learn mindset working with Research and UX to conduct user research and run experiments to maximize results
  • Stay abreast of industry, competitive, and consumer trends to help inform new features and functionality

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience involving execution of product roadmaps, writing detailed specifications, and effective cross-functional team collaboration
  • Strong quantitative skills including product analytics, audience and revenue modeling
  • Experience building products with digital advertising, commerce, and data revenue models
  • Experience approaching product discovery with an empathetic mindset
  • Curiosity for the potential of data, passion for data quality and well versed in privacy compliance landscape 
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • Proficiency using modern product management and agile tools
