The Opportunity

EHG P&P is looking for a Director of Client Success to lead a team of Sr. Managers, Client Success Managers, and Associate CSMs and provide strategic direction and support for revenue retention and growth. The Director of Client Success is an operational-minded skilled leader and team builder who strives to provide seamless campaign execution and business retention while also identifying opportunities for growth and process efficiencies.

You are a key member of the Revenue Leadership team, reporting directly to the CRO and working cross functionally with Sales, Brand Solutions, Yield, Deal Desk & Sales Planning, Ad Operations, and Programmatic teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a team of Sr. Client Success Managers, CSMs, and Associate CSMs who oversee the day-to-day pre and post-sale routines of the business including seamless execution and delivery of all campaigns.
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Marketing in development of sales proposals, delivering compelling and valuable opportunities to our partners leveraging knowledge of past campaign performance.
  • Partner with the Deal Desk and Sales Planning in guiding the build of effective proposals through strategic packaging of inventory and pricing that maximize client objectives.
  • Provide direction for the Client Success team on driving seamless execution and delivery of campaigns, ensuring tracking, reporting and optimizing campaign performance to find opportunities for growth. 
  • Support seller & client success partnerships creating a cohesive and effective working environment.
  • Supervise weekly exercises around campaign delivery to provide visibility into quarterly revenue risk and full year forecasting. 
  • Maintain best practices for contract hygiene including accurate billing and legal requirements are met.
  • Cultivate a healthy cross-department collaboration with internal stakeholders through open communication and solutions-oriented attitudes.
  • Coach the Sr Managers and CSMs on best practices to drive accountability and success by setting clear goals and maintaining a culture of open communication and a solutions-focused environment.
  • Prioritize career development for all team members highlighting all EHG internal programs and opportunities
  • Operate with a high degree of consistency and accountability.

Job Qualifications

  • Results-driven, people management leader with 5+ years of client service or account management experience, preferably in digital marketing.
  • A proven track record building strong teams and solid relationships with internal and external customers.
  • A passion for translating data into action and uncovering opportunities in the details.
  • Project management skills with the ability to influence, get buy-in and leverage internal resources across the organization and at all levels
  • A positive attitude that tells your teams and clients that you’re happy to work with them.
  • Familiarity with display advertising, custom content, direct response/performance marketing, affiliate marketing and/or lead generation.
  • Experience with GAM, G Suite, Salesforce, JIRA, Asana, Placements.io or similar order management systems.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • BA/BS degree.
