Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an automation framework
• Create automation scripts for a web application
• Maintain automation scripts for a web application
• Create test cases, test scripts, test plans, test metrics, test reports, test data
• Database testing, API testing, Ads Testing, Accessibility testing
• Backend testing and creating SQL queries from scratch
• Identify, document, and track bugs effectively
• Work with an onsite team
• Participate with the team to achieve a common goal
• Work independently (with little oversight) to achieve a pre-defined goal
• Support multiple concurrent project responsibilities
• Interact with all levels of staff with confidence when reporting to, and providing/receiving guidance

Job Qualifications

• Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes
• Required Education and/or Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or in a related discipline
• Relevant 4-5 years’ experience in Automated Testing
• Extensive Knowledge of Test Automation
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins
• Knowledge of version control repo such as Github
• Able to run Jenkins jobs and update existing automated tests
• Java coding experience
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skill and ability to prioritize workload
• Ability to multi-task and manage evolving priorities
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology and process
• In-depth understanding of the build, deployment, and release flow
• Experience working with an onsite team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with automated testing of a JavaScript application
• Experience with mobile web testing
• Experience with cross browser and cross platform testing
• Experience working in a digital media environment
• Experience utilizing Java, Web Services, SOAP, REST, cloud services (AWS)
• Experience with backend testing and creating SQL queries from scratch
• Awareness of SEO Concept

• QA Tools - JIRA, IntelliJ, Selenium, Junit, TestNG, MySQL Developer, MySQL, Jenkins, GitHub, AWS, Azure, CMS, Google Analytics, GTM, ComScore, Adobe Analytics, Kibana, Crashlytics, Screaming Frog, Google search console, Charles proxy & Sail thru
• Methodologies - Agile, Scrum
• Development Technologies - HTML, XML, JAVA, HTTP, HTTPS, JavaScript, .Net, CSS, Dreamweaver, PHP, JSP, ASP, PL/SQL, SQL, VBScript, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Apache, APIs
