The Opportunity

Everyday Health Group’s Pregnancy & Parenting division (Babycenter and What to Expect) the world’s best-known pregnancy and parenting brands, is seeking a Data Analytics Manager who will collaborate closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Marketing, Product and business stakeholders to manage and optimize our portfolio of reports, dashboards. The ideal candidate will have broad experience with databases and reporting tools and be obsessively detail oriented with a record of leading end-to-end analytical projects in a rapidly-changing environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights on and across our web and app platforms that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
  • Serving as a strategic partner to stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards consumed by the P&P Leadership team. 
  • Transform business questions into data collection plans and visualizations.
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships across the company (Marketing, Product, Business Development, Sales, Research) to drive our team's success

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on experience in marketing analytics and/or quantitative business analytics capacities.
  • Experience with Web Analytics (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics), app analytics (Localytics, Firebase), BI tools (Tableau, Looker, and/or Qlikview), and databases (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and/or MySQL).
  • Experience with SQL; Python a plus
  • Strong communication skills and capable of building strong relationships with colleagues and explaining complex topics in simple and influential terms. 
  • Collaborative communication in effective presentations and in dialogues negotiating task-related conflicts
