Client Success Manager - Everyday Health

Everyday Health Consumer division is seeking a Client Success Manager to provide strategic oversight of digital advertising campaigns across the industry’s top health and pharmaceutical brands. In an energetic, fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for fostering client relationships, strategizing with Sales and Marketing on RFPs, and collaborating with Ad Operations and Audience Development to ensure advertising campaigns exceed performance goals. Your deep understanding of your clients' business objectives, strong knowledge of Everyday Health’s product offerings, and analytical mindset will shape campaign strategies through data-driven insights and recommendations. You are a results-oriented, positive, self-starter that proactively identifies opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop media plans that strategically address client needs and campaign objectives
  • Execute advertising campaigns ensuring that the brand strategy is communicated and understood by all cross-functional groups
  • Proactively keep Management, Sales, and Clients advised of campaign and project statuses
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations and Audience Development to monitor and optimize advertising campaigns, ensuring delivery and performance against client KPIs
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and partner with Sales on renewal strategies that focus on growing business
  • Prepare and present campaign analyses including successes, key learnings, and recommendations
  • Utilize industry, client and historical campaign insights to provide consultative account recommendations both pre- and post-sale
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal business partners
  • Be an expert in Everyday Health ad products, properties, processes, and the accounts that you oversee


  • Bachelor’s degree (Advertising, Marketing, or other aligned field)
  • 3+ years relevant work experience at a publisher, advertising agency, or ad tech company
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Solid analytical ability, proven problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
  • Dynamic, results-oriented, organized and detail-driven
  • Ability to skillfully balance multiple projects simultaneously, exhibiting good judgment in how projects are prioritized
  • Exceptional at partnering with others and delivering solutions in a complex and always changing environment
