Primary Duties:
•Deploys new computers, mobile devices, software or peripherals throughout the enterprise.
•Adds, moves and changes computers, applications, application data sets and other devices as required.
•Based on customer needs, determines a course of action to deliver a resolution to a variety of problems or requests.
•Customizes computer configurations to meet end-users requirements.
•Troubleshoots and repairs computer connectivity problems to network services.
•Troubleshoots and repairs application software installed on client computers.
•Document all troubleshooting, resolution and escalation steps into the Fresh Service IT Ticketing System
•Responsible for the ongoing support of Windows PCs, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and printers; using tools such as SCCM, MDM, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
•Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:
•Intermediate skill level - Windows 10 Operating System.
•Intermediate skill level - Microsoft Office 365.
•Intermediate understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, and computer networking).
•Demonstrated problem solving, excellent communication and listening skills.
•Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
•Ability to create and update Knowledge Base and customer facing documentation.
•MS Configuration Manager or similar - asset management & imaging
•Minimum of 1 year Desktop experience.
•Current Washington State Driver’s license and proof of insurability.
•High School graduate or equivalent.

Desired Skills and Experience:
•Experience working with SaaS based ticketing systems such as Fresh Service.
•Scripting and automation - PowerShell, Python
•MDM such as Intune, Airwatch, and SOTI MobiControl
•Bachelor's Degree with an IT focus
