Wage Range: $35.59 - $56.94 per hour

Job Summary:

Provides advance analytic support for the strategic goals and priorities by partnering in the collection, analysis, display, development and writing of reports that allow us to improve the quality we deliver to our patients. This role is committed to Quality Improvement as a leading driver of organizational change in the healthcare environment. 
 
Primary Duties:  
  1. Collects process and outcome data from a variety of sources to provide accurate and consistent information for review and assessment of clinical services.
  2. Develops reports utilizing the EvergreenHealth Business Intelligence system.
  3. Applies statistical process control when performing data analysis to support clinical decisions and performance improvement.
  4. Develops and utilizes efficient tools to maximize data appropriateness, consistency and timeliness.
  5. Performs other duties as assigned.
 
License, Certification, Education or Experience:
 
REQUIRED for the position:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Business Systems, Health Information Management or other related field or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 4 years of analytical, database, spreadsheet and/or financial experience.
  • Experience in quantitative analysis with demonstrated focus in statistics and analytics.
