Job Title: Account Manager, Digital Media, Coca-Cola

The Manager, Digital Media is a key role and is responsible for ensuring management of digital campaign launches, lead digital media plans work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve quarterly KPIs, safeguard overall client service requirements and manage of digital media plan executions. The digital manager is also expected to train junior team members to begin elevating their work to a similar level as their own.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Digital campaign launches, Overseeing digital trafficking
  • Digital demand conversion plans
  • Managing digital investments, executing, optimization
  • Managing client analytics and generating weekly report
  • Presenting to clients
  • Mentoring junior staff members
  • Working with digital vendors


Skills and Behaviour: 

  • A proven track-record of project planning, project management and organization skills
  • Strong digital project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and overs direct reports.
  • Expertise across digital channels, (upper, mid and lower funnel tactics)
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple demands within timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation


Education and Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience required working in a digital role
  • College or University education preferred.
  • Google certified, FB Certified are an asset
