Overview of Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Measurement & Analytics Manager/Lead to join our team at EssenceMediacom to join the Coca-Cola team in Latam and focus on supporting strategic TCCC initiative Experimentation @ Scale.
Experimentation at Scale D / AD role is focusing on driving testing workstream (E@S)  for TCCC across in Latam.
In this role you will be main point of contact for Experimentation@ Scale initiative in Latam, working with global Essencemediacom Data an Experimentation team, Latam TCCC E@S team and Latam Essencemediacom teams.
Key objective of the role is to lead an initiative in the region, including: define key testing areas and coordinate learning agenda with the global priorities, strengthen local expertise in testing and measurement, lead E@S project in Latam collaborating with various teams internally and on TCCC side.
The primary role is to co-create and execute learning agenda for TCCC in Latam: from ideation to execution and analytics, working alongside with analytics and executional teams in each of the Latam markets.
Director / Associate Director will work closely with TCCC global Data & Measurement lead, client teams and local OUs client teams .
Your Impact:
  • CO-create and develop annual global learning agenda;
  • Organize and lead E@S processes on EMC side across all OUs, including tests set-up, tests tracking, measurement for E@S, learning sharing and implementation;
  • Develop measurement and analytics approach for E@S depending on the type of the test / hypothesis, etc.
  • Provide expert opinion on channel and digital media measurement solutions specific to testing and experimentation to clients & account teams;
  • Expand E@S process beyond media in collaboration with broader WPP TCCC teams;
  • Collaborate with TCCC E@S, Media and Analytics teams, broader WPP agency teams and EMC local OU teams;
  • Manage relationship with client’s team;
  • Set (in collaboration with TCCC partner agencies) automation & reporting strategy and roadmap for E@S;
  • Liaise with operations leads to integrate E@S into ways of working processes.
Your People Skills:
  • You should have previous experience in managing clients and / or multiple stakeholders inside the organisation
  • You know how to drive positive collaborative interactions among key team members and client stakeholders
  • Should be a keen listener, that is able to interpret the needs of the client
Your Knowledge & Abilities:
  • Digital channel generalist although focused experience in Paid Social (and Programmatic) is desirable
  • Focused experience in media performance analytics and measurement
  • Good knowledge of main testing & measurement techniques: Match Market tests, A/B testing, Brand Lift studies
  • Have worked with Media Mix Modelling partners and/or can understand the impact of different attribution models is also a positive
  • Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks and channels
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of marketing and performance media, client management, and team dynamics
  • An excel pro with the ability to quickly identify trends, issues, anomalies

Your qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Apprenticeship in a relevant area preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience in Digital Media and / or Media analytics
  • Experience in working with media platforms (Meta, DV 360, etc) and martech tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe, Appsflyer - if not with the tools but at least should be able to sketch the usability of these tools.
