Team and Role Overview: 
 
We are looking for a Senior Client Associate to join the team working across some of the most exciting clients, being responsible for relationship and service with the clients, by deeply understanding their business and strategic objectives, deploying best-in-class cross-media projects, touching also areas such as Digital Transformation and Branded Content in a 360 operating model. 
 
Key Accountabilities:  
  • Client management, setting high service levels, delivery standards and monitoring it.
  • Ensure regular contact with clients within its portfolio, nurturing relationship.
  • Development and deployment of Client Communication/advertising Plans, identifying opportunities and activating it along with the team and the decision-making contacts at the client side.
  • Design and implement media strategies to raise client revenue.
  • Ensure close and tight relationship with main stakeholders, namely media partners both local and international.
  • Promote a constant optimization of internal processes within direct team and cross teams, in Groupm, developing and implementing required actions.

 

Experience & Key Skills:  

  • Bs or Ms degree in Management, Communications, Marketing Management or another related field.
  • At least 2 years of successful previous experience.
  • Proven Digital Marketing and Digital Media Knowledge.
  • Business results and solutions-oriented person.
  • Solid commercial and Innovative drive.
  • Strong experience in Project Management.
  • Able to build solutions convincingly and methodically to client’s challenges.
  • Ability to filter customer requests and to debrief.
  • Proven ability to manage complex negotiation processes, both inside and outside the company.
  • Demonstrated strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Drive to continuously nurture deep and close relationships with media owners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong presentation skills.
