Senior Associate Director - Planning (Richemont and Kenneth Green Associates)
 
 
Overview of role
 
Working on behalf of some of the most prestigious brands in the world, you will lead a team committed to delivering best in class client service, thorough media planning and expertise in the luxury goods sector. 
 
The Richemont account spans 12 active brands in the UK including Cartier, Montblanc and Van Cleef and Arpels and is serviced globally by EssenceMediacom.  You will therefore have involvement with EM colleagues in Paris and be responsible for the UK local market output. 
 
Kenneth Green Associates is the UK’s leading distributor of premium and fashion fragrance brands including Jimmy Choo and Montblanc.  You will work closely with their marketing team to build robust, moment-led media campaigns in a competitive marketplace.
 
The Business Director operates as a client lead in the group making the Richemont and KGA accounts their own and being responsible for maintaining a motivated, expert team. We are looking for candidates who are dynamic, passionate & brilliant at developing client relationships.
 
This role will involve you leading the day to day across the accounts and working closely with the Business Director across the Richemont and KGA accounts but will also be part of the leadership team within the group who meet weekly and work together as a collaborative team on cross-portfolio workstreams. It is an incredibly exciting time to join our business and you will be tackling key strategic challenges of digital and data integration, to power marketing communications that create competitive advantage.

3.       The brands.  The craftmanship, heritage and standards that these luxury brands embody is impressive and we are trusted as custodians of the brands in the work we do.  The clients make time and effort to involve us in the story behind the products in our campaigns, ensure we are well informed (they are not adverse to giving us opportunity to get hands on experience with the products) and place a lot of importance on the role of media to enhance brand image.
Measures of success
In three months, you would have:
  • Onboarded fully on to the accounts and met all the key stakeholders.
  • Fully understanding the processes across the account and key outputs
  • Built strong relationships with Media team and local senior clients.
  • Worked closely with the BD to review ways of working processes and develop client growth plans
  • Taken on responsibility of managing the quality of the work that is taken to the client and ensuring all reporting and finance processes and timings are adhered to.
  • Motivating our internal teams to produce great work.
In six months, you would have:
  • Become the ‘go to’ for senior clients. Become their trusted point person.
  • Managed and delivered annual planning across the account.
  • Managed the development of exceptional, award-winning planning work.
  • Recognised as a go-to source of energy and insight in the team.
  • Delivered several responses, with data and evidence led insights, ambitious innovation opportunities to push things forward.
  • Spotted a commercial opportunity for us to do things better, that would benefit the client and the business.
  • Managed and developed your team, ensuring they are performing at their full potential and looking out for their wellbeing.
  • Agreed objectives with your BD to ensure constant progression.
In 12 months, you would have:
  • Become a key stakeholder in your clients’ business. Leading and executing their vision.
  • Developed the client business and contributed to its growth.
