Reports to: EssenceMediacom Dell EMEA account team leadership



The role


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Media Executive to join our Dell Technologies EMEA team at EssenceMediacom London. As a Media Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the planning and buying of media for our clients. This includes conducting research, analyzing data, efficiently delivering administrative tasks in running or campaigns, negotiating with media vendors, and presenting recommendations to clients. You will also be trained by our team to develop responsibility for maintaining client relationships, as well as working closely with other specialist teams within the agency.


Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the planning and buying of media for clients, with a focus on digital media

Support the administrative day to day running of the account

Conduct research and analyze data to support Dell Technologies media strategies, especially within the Technology and B2B space

Assist with negotiations with media vendors to secure the best rates and placements

Help the team client relationships

Work closely with other teams within the agency, such as creative and account management as well as specialist buying teams

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Assist with other administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations 


Strong organizational and project management skills

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong attention to detail

Experience of Excel and Powerpoint

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Passion for media and advertising
