Job Purpose:
The Paid Search team works to effectively deploy keyword-targeted campaigns across multiple platforms to deliver excellent results against client KPI targets consistently. As Paid Search Senior executive you will be responsible for best-in-class client service. Be able to handle client concerns independently or with the line manager. Responsible for in-flight Amazon campaign optimisations, ensuring pacing to budget and KPIs are tracked against targets, and flagging issues promptly. You will develop excellent platform knowledge and work closely with the Paid Search manager to plan and execute a best in class Paid Search strategy including a rigorous A/B testing plan and a continuous search for new opportunities through personal research and cross-team collaboration - meaning a strong affinity for numbers and an analytical thought process is core to this role.
 
What we need from you:
  • Develop strong relationships with your client, and key suppliers. Be able to communicate with clients and provide them with useful insight, with support being provided as required.
  • Effectively manage your designated AMS campaigns; ensuring ongoing and timely optimization is delivered and constantly looking for opportunities to improve performance.
  • Presenting internally and externally at opportunities agreed with your line manager.
  • Contribute to the testing plans of your clients and suggest new ideas for testing, including planning, executing & evaluating tests with methodical accuracy, creating tangible performance gains which are then written up creating compelling stories.
  • Keep abreast of industry updates in your core channel, focusing on developments. Share relevant insight and highlight how these might be leveraged as opportunities on the account.
  • Using a data driven approach, you will assist with performance analysis, internal data maintenance, issue identification and solution development that your team conducts
  • Manage your own time and workload effectively, and ensuring your direct line manager is aware of what you are working on; agreeing on reasonable deadlines, and delivering or managing expectations to these deadlines.
 
 
Required:
  • A passion for everything media and advertising, coupled with a continued desire to expand your knowledge.
  • Ability to manage complexity across multiple departmental functions and channels. 
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal, and an ability to collaborate and engage with those around you
  • Diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn, and put into practice
  • Moderate knowledge of Excel & Google sheets
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think outside of the box for creative solutions
  • A comfort when working with numbers, we use them a lot!
