Future Talent Scheme


Our Future Talent Scheme is an 18 month programme and is designed to give you exposure to multiple media channels. You will work with some of the most exciting clients out there. We will also support your learning and development journey by offering a range of learning programmes, as well offering the opportunity to study a Level 3 Digital Business Accelerator or Data Fellowship qualification, giving you valuable skills and creating specialists. And don’t worry at all, this will be completed during working hours and extra study time will be given.


If you are a school leaver joining us a qualification is mandatory. You are able to choose out of the two qualifications on offer.



The Role

We’re looking for confident, inspiring and driven “agents-of-change” as we help our clients achieve growth through intelligent systems thinking. You will produce industry-leading planning work, grounded in audience insight, and incorporate effectiveness learnings to produce a coherent, connected system.

The role of the planning team is to define the brand challenge & opportunities, deliver brand, category & consumer insights to create effective strategies and plans that deliver against the client briefs. To be bold, brave, different, innovative and pioneering with their recommendations and take ownership & pride in their work. The role is also to liaise with the clients on a day to day basis and manage all client expectations which includes co-ordinating the delivery of work from the specialist areas within Mediacom and the wider agency/GroupM and reporting back, gathering learnings and delivering metrics.  The overall purpose of delivering excellent, effective campaigns, successful business metrics and happy clients.

Who are you?

You are a team leader/inspirer who demonstrates a passion for their craft and a constant drive to expand your knowledge of the communications landscape and your client’s business. You have significant and relevant experience in comms planning, as well as media and measurement knowledge across multiple channels, and a keen eye for detail. You will have strong client-facing skills and the ability to position yourself as a commercially-minded, trusted advisor to clients.
