The Business Lead is responsible for building a strong client relationship with high quality output, operational efficiency, and project management. 

The role requires collaboration and leadership with both internal stakeholders in planning, investment, data, analytics and commercial and across many levels, and at the same time external at the client side with the marketing team in a highly matrixed organization. Working with the local Client team and EMEA, you will help the team accomplish challenging goals and objectives, balancing client, company, and team priorities.




  1.  Client Account Service & Management 
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships through best-in-class client servicing combined with the ability to respectfully challenge and motivate the client with creditability
  • Drive the production of high-quality media plans continuous reports with actionable insights
  • Actively participate in the development of client contact strategies and pro-actively seek opportunities to present new ideas, approaches, communication solutions and multi-brand partnerships
  • Build and drive the innovation/transformation agenda
  • Maintain a high level of quality control on all outputs from the team 
  • Work with the wider team to ensure that all client responses are joined up and coordinated – especially in relation to alignment
  • Help improve conditions to limit turnover and ensure that quarterly Vantage performance expectations are met
  • Support status calls internally and with client to better understand and solve for their pain points


  1. Strategic Skills 
  • Work with a Strategy Lead in developing grounded, yet innovative, media plans that include the most effective use of traditional, digital, emerging and created media opportunities
  • Demonstrate perfect understanding the Client business, the category trends and competitors
  • Help drive thought leadership in your market


  1.            Commercial Awareness 
  • Be involved in new projects and new business opportunities as required
  • Identify, create, convert, and manage strategically relevant revenue opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams (EMEA), GroupM as our trading partners
  • Develop good working relationships across the range of media owners as might be required

  • Monitor client profitability and adjust resource or terms of business accordingly
