As an End-to-End (E2E) Strategist you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing holistic brand and consumer engagement strategies. This role is designed for a bold, forward-thinking strategist who can connect insights, brand vision, and execution into a seamless, consumer-centric experience.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the Brave & Boundless approach—creating experiences that are meaningful, differentiated, anchored in data, and continuously evolving.
 
You will lead strategy development across the full consumer journey, from initial engagement to sustained loyalty, ensuring that every touchpoint aligns with the brand's ambition to drive weekly+ consumption and create real cultural impact.
 
This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, digital transformation, and experience-led brand building. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, design innovative pathways (Excite & Expand), and deploy high-impact initiatives that break ground while remaining ridiculously simple for consumers to engage with. Your work will be rooted in a test-and-learn mindset, using data-driven insights to adapt and optimize strategies in real-time.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  The E2E Strategist will be responsible for the following outputs for the business:
•    Developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with the brand's transformation goals.
•    Leading consumer insights, data analysis, and experience-driven marketing initiatives.
•    Collaborating with cross-functional teams (brand, digital, media, commercial, etc.) to deliver seamless brand experiences.
•    Implementing the Brave & Boundless approach, ensuring marketing efforts are bold, innovative, and consumer-first.
•    Driving weekly+ consumption strategies, focusing on Excite & Expand paths.
•    Leveraging data, digital tools, and AI-driven insights to optimize campaigns and consumer engagement.
•    Leading test-and-learn initiatives to refine marketing approaches in real time.
  Required Skills & Experience:
   E2E Strategy needs to exhibit the following skillset:
•    Strategic thinking with the ability to connect big-picture vision to execution.
•    Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media ecosystems, and consumer insights.
•    Experience in brand storytelling, content creation, and omnichannel marketing.
•    Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams and drive collaboration.
•    Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Required qualifications for the role:
•    5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or brand management.
•    Background in consumer-packaged goods (CPG), FMCG, or digital marketing.
•    Experience working in a global or highly dynamic market environment.

•    Delivery of high-quality, insight-driven strategies on time and in full (OTIF), meeting the expectations set out in briefs.
•    Accuracy and depth of consumer, market, and competitive insights that inform planning and execution.

2. Communication & Collaboration
•    Proactive and transparent communication of deadlines, priorities, and project statuses to internal and external stakeholders.

•    Ability to synthesize and present complex data or strategies clearly, ensuring cross-functional teams understand key insights and actions.
