Job Purpose
EssenceMediacom is seeking a smart, enthusiastic individual to become an integral part of our Advertising Operations team. Our team is responsible for ad serving, asset management, web analytics, and other optimisation technologies associated with the execution of digital advertising – and for ensuring digital campaigns are launched on time and run accurately. We provide consultancy to our clients and colleagues and are at the centre of all things tech within the agency. Our team is structured to provide a tailored approach that is both flexible and adaptable to align to our clients needs. As theAd Ops Senior Executive within our team, you will be responsible for campaign management, quality assurance, and campaign delivery. You will work with both internal teams and external parties to ensure campaign delivery objectives are met. You will have knowledge of ad serving systems and a passion for new and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and has a “can do” attitude to help interface with our media teams to deliver exceptional media solutions.

What we need from you

  • Serve as a trafficking expert owning the set-up, management, and execution of campaigns, while maintaining a high quality standard for the Ad Operations department to ensure 100% accuracy and to exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor reporting on a daily basis to ensure campaigns are running as expected; providing optimization
  • recommendations to internal teams.
  • Project manage creative specification requirements and digital asset delivery; coordinating timelines and leading communications with our agency partners.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for issues including, but not limited to, creative specifications, publisher implementation, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Attend internal meetings providing updates or consultation as needed.
  • Present in internal team meetings and participate in client meetings on an ad hoc basis.
  • Collaborate with team members by providing ideas on how to continually improve operational processes and communication channels where needed.
  • Support senior team members on internal projects.
  • Play a supportive role in new hire onboarding by leading training(s) for new team members.
  • Act as an ambassador of Ad Operations across the agency; collaborate cross discipline to provide training and educate teams; building advocacy across the agency.

A bit about you:
  • Ideally at least 2 years’ experience in advertising operations with demonstrable knowledge of ad serving.
  • An active interest in everything digital, ideally with an understanding of online advertising industry trends
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and manage expectations
  • Demonstrable ability to recognize and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Diligent and attentive to detail
  • Desire to learn and be part of a dynamic growing team
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Great excel and microsoft skills
  • Experience with double click - campaign manager
