We are looking for a
Commercial Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Drives the commercial strategy for Agency & cooperates with Group Commercial.
• Prepares and maintains agency staff plans - setting FTE budgets and costs for Client teams.
• Prepares Client Revenue Forecasts / Planning covered under budget setting.
• Ensures Client compliance with agreed upon billing terms.
• Responsible for budget and review of discretionary costs and commentary for P&L.
• Ensures compliance with GroupM and WPP Policies.
• Ensures that all media controls within WPP RCM operates effectively and are documented in line with WPP guidance. While any inefficiencies found (by SOX/WPPIA Audits) , responsibility for implementing remediation to that controls for the agency.
• Reviews accrued revenue and overdue AR balances on monthly basis to ensure that they are invoiced and collected on time.
• Prepares & reports Client Profitability.
• Cooperates with Controlling department on month end closing.
• Cooperates with Chief Commercial Officer on negotiations with Clients, Client Contracts initials and renewals.

 
Qualities: 

• Financial acumen including budget control and client profitability
• First and foremost a solid and proven track record in agency commercial operations
• Familiarity with media industry 
• Experience with commercial aspects of the client contracts
• Negotiating skills 
• Strong analytical & Excel skills
• Experience in managing staff
• Ability to command respect and provide leadership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English speaking and writing
