The Team: 


The role reports into the Global Head of Data Science Products, however, would have access to wider Analytics CoE across the globe and sit with the Global Data Science team.




The Role: 


  • Define and shape global multi-year product/program AI product/services strategies supported by key competitive insights and operating metrics.
  • Leverage executive presence to drive alignment and decision making with executive stakeholders on Go-to-Market strategies.
  • Act as the point of contact for your product/program to all internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Build cases for opportunities and develop insightful recommendations on strategic opportunities and operational efficiency.
  • Promote an energetic fan base for products and locate brand ambassadors to share the product's benefit and value.
  • Manage key interactions with clients, including leading key meetings and training sessions.
  • Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
  • Lead the successful delivery of a portfolio of on-boarding projects and value-add consultancy engagement projects.
  • Support differing levels of stakeholders from a change management perspective to ensure successful adoption of the software across the clients’ business processes.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs.



About You


  • Capable of driving significant change and the ability to challenge the status quo, providing innovative ideas and critique to conventional attitudes, and thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and business plans, as well as analyzing customer and market insights and market spend effectiveness.
  • Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive client and market relationships.
  • Technical skills required, as they relate for the use of the product to service to be solid.
  • A proven track record of supporting business change projects in large, complex organisations.
  • Ability to take ownership to deliver engagements successfully, managing client expectations, with minimal senior oversight.
  • Experience working within a Top 10 Consultancy or Software Vendor / SaaS Vendor, desirable.
