Title: Executive - Social Media
Overview of Job:
EssenceMediacom is seeking an Executive – Social Media with around 2 year of work experience who would be responsible for managing social retainer account and suggesting content partnerships across platforms, as per the brief to the multiple clients in the cluster. The candidate should possess good communication and team management skills as the work demands inter-team & partner communication and liaison.

In three months:
· You would be executing multiple campaigns
· Engaging with vendors across categories to suggest different relevant properties to client
· Adapt to the client requirements & timelines given and efficiently deliver on the same
In six months:
· You will be responsible in pitching to the existing clients apart from the ongoing work
· Establish good relations with the Client, media houses and internal Group M agencies and partners
In 12 months:
· Independently work on the client requirements along with recommendations
· Learning and experience across social, influencers and branded content recommendations
· Working on end-to-end award-winning solutions
· Train and mentor new recruits
What your day job looks like:
· Work on social calendars and get the right creatives made as per the brief
· Engage with partners to get different IPs & Digital Content Properties to pitch to the clients
· Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for social media page management and get the right creatives, content and copies
· Ideating & Executing content campaigns end-to-end
· Posting, reporting and responding to queries on brands social media pages
What you will need:
· 2 years of experience in social media page management & domain knowledge is a must
· Social media experience with knowledge of trends & formats for different platform (Instagram, FB, YT, Twitter & LinkedIn) to suggest creatives accordingly
· Knowledge of publisher platforms & content channels to suggest digital content partnerships
· Communication Development: Working closely with agency partners to create compelling concepts & posts for social
· Creating festive strategies for the brand, running social media contests and campaigns during festive period along with suggesting scalable ideas like IPs
· Responsible for driving smooth day-to-day operations including liaison with internal stakeholders as well as client servicing
· Monitor performance of each platform; identify and implement opportunities for improvement
· SPOC for managing relationship with Client and partner agencies
· Prior experience in handling social media retainer account is a must (ideating, copy writing, posting & reporting)
