Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Advisor: Build trusted relationships with senior Google stakeholders, providing

campaigns solve a business problem. Develop and execute innovative media strategies

• Operational Excellence: Ensure process diligence and optimize resource allocation to deliver exceptional campaign performance, adhering to Google's stringent quality

• Financial Management: Manage the client budget effectively, ensuring profitability and ROI. Lead quarterly resourcing discussions with MFG Regional, feeding into fee and FTE allocations.

• Outside-In & Stakeholder Engagement: Successfully lead Quarterly Business Reviews and Outside-In engagements with Google India, Regional and Global stakeholders as applicable.

• Deep understanding of EssenceMediacom's operations, platforms, and tools, and the

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
• Lead quarterly resourcing discussions with MFG Regional.
In 12 Months:
• Drive significant improvements in campaign performance and efficiency. Develop and

Role Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in media planning, buying, and strategy, with a strong focus on

• Experience working with large, complex clients, ideally in the technology sector.
• Masters/bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or related field. Master's preferred.
