Reporting of the role
This role reports to: adidas OS team APP&AFF manager

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:
- Manage daily execution jobs.
- Deliver regular reporting.
- Handle financial process.
In six months:
- Monitor and help AFF daily campaign launch.
- Analyse data and use it for daily optimization.
In Twelve months:
- Maintain a good cooperative relationship with client and vendor.
- Help APP assets delivery and campaign launch.
Responsibilities of the role:
- Manage daily execution
- Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time and
- Monitor AFF and APP the whole process from briefing to post buy, especially product sales and inventory.
- Work with team to achieve agreed KPIs.
- Maintain a good cooperative relationship with client and vendor.
- Manage team internal financial process.
What you’ll need:
- 1-2 years of media or performance ads experience.
- An independent, self-driven individual with highly responsible nature.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization, managing complexity and challenges.
- Data-savvy, patient, proficient in excel/PPT.
- Some communication skills, assist line manager to manage customer relationship.
- Energetic, think differently, respond quickly to any business change.
- Good command of English skills.
