Senior Program Manager - Lead-to-Cash Transformation

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, governance, coordination, and delivery of a complex, multi-year Lead-to-Cash transformation program.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across business, technology, operations, and change management teams.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate transformation initiatives spanning sales, contracting, pricing, customer onboarding, billing, customer care, renewals, and related operational capabilities.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, resources, critical-path activities, and escalations.
  • Establish and lead program governance, executive steering committees, and leadership status reviews.
  • Provide concise executive-level reporting on program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, financial performance, and key decisions.
  • Maintain RAID logs, executive dashboards, financial tracking, and portfolio reporting.
  • Support program budgeting, forecasting, funding, business cases, demand management, and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate planning, design, testing, release management, deployment, and stabilization activities across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Drive accountability and facilitate decision-making across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and direction to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and delivery teams.
  • Ensure business process improvements, technology modernization, and organizational change initiatives remain aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery effectiveness through modern practices, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Build strong relationships across business functions, technology organizations, shared services, vendors, and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive program management experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
  • Proven experience leading business and technology transformation initiatives within highly matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior leadership.
  • Experience establishing and facilitating executive governance, steering committees, and decision-making forums.
  • Strong knowledge of program governance, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, dependency management, and portfolio oversight.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive results within complex, fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Lead-to-Cash, Order-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Customer Experience, or similar enterprise transformation programs.
  • Experience with digital modernization, business process transformation, or customer journey improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled business transformation, automation, or agentic operating models.
  • Energy, utilities, retail energy, or another customer-focused industry background.
  • Experience working across Agile, hybrid, and traditional delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise PMO, portfolio governance, and strategic planning practices.
  • PMP, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent certification preferred.

The ideal candidate has a strong background leading large-scale enterprise transformation programs involving business process modernization, technology enablement, customer experience improvements, and organizational change. This role will partner closely with executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, and delivery teams throughout the transformation lifecycle.
