Senior Systems Engineer- Level 3 Support
Minimum five-six (5-6) years hands-on experience.
The Level 3 Technician works on assignments that are more complex in nature, and works in an unsupervised environment within policies and procedures. They will work on complex design, and engineering solution development in addition to complex problem resolution.
The Level 3 Technician will provide additional support to Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians in the client's IT business. He/she should be able to perform all the functions described in the sections for Level 1and Level 2 Technicians.

- MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)
