Description

One of our leading clients in construction field has a Construction Manager opening in Columbus, OH. It’s a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of construction projects. The position involves project planning, execution, team leadership, budget management. They collaborate closely with the executive leadership team and directly reports to senior management.

Skills/ Requirements  
  
  • Several years of experience in construction management.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing construction teams.
  • Experience with Commercial Construction projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
