As a Sales Development Content Writer, you will be responsible for writing and creating email copy-and-call scripts for all SDR messages. You will frequently coordinate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, Product, and Enablement to build, distribute, and train around the content you create. Measuring and reporting on the outcomes of your campaigns will be a crucial part of this role, in addition to A/B testing different messages.

This position requires a high level of creativity, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to write better material. A successful candidate would be detail-oriented, committed to meeting tight deadlines, and have diverse experience writing content in various industries, such as technology, manufacturing, finance and more. Success in this role is in creating a repeatable motion to deliver effective outbound content, which generates new opportunities, prospects, and customers while creating and maintaining copy to facilitate opportunities with inbound prospects. Preference will be given to those with a strong writing portfolio, bachelor’s degree, and relevant work experience. Reporting directly to our Global Director of Sales Development, you will be an experienced leader with the drive and ability to help our Sales Development teams hit their goals. We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, problem solving, coaching, and brings a strong work ethic and initiative to get the job done.  You will be responsible for creating a scalable outbound content program that yields repeatable pipeline results, while documenting processes along the way.   
  

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Create inbound and outbound messaging/campaigns to drive meetings and opportunities.    
  • Edit content created by others with the ability to convert highly technical content into something easy-to-understand and enjoyable to read  
  • Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas  
  • Collaborate with regional marketing managers and translators to create catered content for our core US and EMEA regions  
  • Analyze clients’ and prospects’ feedback, to suggest new marketing and sales plans  
  • Generate campaign reports; analyze campaign effectiveness and communicate business results  
  • Train and enable SDRs on your content  
  • Provide regular read outs and updates on program  

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree required  
  • 2-3 years of experience in direct B2B digital content development strategies (preferred) 
  • Experience writing content for global team (NA, UKI, DACH, Nordics, Continental Europe) 

Desired Skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field  
  • Able to communicate with both a technical & non-technical audience  
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or online content management systems a plus  
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively  
  • Self-driven working style and ability to juggle multiple projects at a time  
  • Experience using Outreach, and Salesforce is a plus
