The ideal SDR Enablement Analyst candidate will have experience in the coordination & delivery of training programs. This role requires a well-rounded individual who has excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as proven project management and coordination skills. This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with and gain the respect of both internal and external colleagues.




  • Design and develop scalable onboarding and ongoing training for our global SDR teams 
  • Coordinate and deliver SDR training alongside SMEs
  • Define and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of all SDR enablement programs 
  • Co-create certification and mentorship programs 
  • Actively work with the global SDR team to align enablement to goals 



  • Excellent public speaker and communicator
  • Strong project management and organizational skills required, with the ability to operate effectively with multiple priorities
  • Have an understanding of pipeline generation best practices
  • Know how to cold call/prospect
  • 1+ years experience in sales/post-sales enablement or enablement overall
  • You’ve held a Sales, senior SDR or relevant field role and understand best practices for B2B SaaS customer engagement.

  • Ability to excel and make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment
