Location: William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Fort Bliss, TX
Schedule: Compressed 12-hour shifts (Weekends and Holidays included)
About the role
Federal Staffing Resources (FSR) is seeking Registered Nurses with Behavioral Health experience to join the inpatient psychiatric team at WBAMC. This role supports active-duty service members requiring acute psychiatric stabilization and treatment.
What You'll Do
- Provide patient-centered psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient environment
- Perform assessments, medication administration, treatment interventions, and crisis support.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring coordinated patient care.
- Recognize emergent symptoms and respond rapidly to behavioral escalations.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses.
- Supervise and guide Behavioral Health Technicians and support personnel.
What You'll Need
- Associate Degree in Nursing from ACEN or CCNE accredited institution.
- Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory.
- At least one year of Behavioral Health RN experience in the last two years.
- Current BLS certification.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
