Join Our Team as a Senior Business Analyst at EPCOR!

Are you passionate about driving innovation and efficiency? As a Senior Business Analyst at EPCOR, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our SaaS products, analyzing and designing solutions, and executing process improvements. You'll be at the forefront of exciting projects, including AMI (automated metering infrastructure) implementations.

In this role, you'll collaborate with dynamic cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensure seamless SaaS testing, and deliver impactful solutions that boost EPCOR’s operational efficiency and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Product support: Learn and become SME in EPCOR’s SaaS applications and business processes.

AMI Implementation: Analysis and execution of CIS and AMI projects, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements Gathering: Work with internal teams, including IT, operations, finance, regulatory and customer care, to gather and document business requirements for AMI systems and SaaS applications.

SaaS Testing: Participate in the development and implementation of testing strategies for SaaS solutions related to CIS and AMI, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure high-quality delivery by collaborating with vendors, technical teams, and end users.

Data Analysis: Analyze data related to EPCOR’s business processes, meter performance, and customer behavior to identify trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination of project timelines and resources, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals, requirements, and progress.

Training and Documentation: Assist in the creation of training materials and training sessions for staff on new AMI systems and processes, ensuring smooth adoption and compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements related to EPCOR’s business and propose solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports and presentations on water efficiency metrics, performance analytics findings, and recommendations for improvement to stakeholders and senior management.

Leak Detection and Management: Support leak detection programs, utilizing AMI analytics to prioritize and report suspected leaks promptly, identify sources of unbilled water to minimize water loss and increase revenue recovery efforts.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on AMI implementation or utilities management.

Proven experience in SaaS application testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and functional testing.

Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Project management experience, particularly in the implementation of technology solutions in a utility environment.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to water utilities and AMI is a plus.
