Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator is the glue. The boots on the ground. Hustling between departments from project management to strategy to creative. Did we mention our EP+Co ethos is Do > Say? As an AC, you’ll have a hand in keeping our fast paced, scrappy machine humming while bringing ideas to life. And because each brand in our eclectic roster has unique projects and problems, no two accounts or days are the same. The nature of this job means you’ll be a sponge exposed to every aspect of the business, while being mentored by some pretty seasoned senior account people. So lace up your boots, or your sneaks. 

The Day to Day:

The devil’s in the details. From opening job numbers and creating production schedules to status reports and routing creative for approval, an AC gig at EP+Co has you doing all sorts of tasks. Meeting Management is critical. As are the seemingly little things like booking travel, taking notes, meeting summaries, even catering. You’d be surprised how much better a preso goes with the right grub. Client billing is obviously important. From production estimates and budgets to tracking those jobs and how they’re invoiced, anal retentives are welcome.

 Required Experience

  • Seeking recent college graduate with 1-year previous work and/or internship experience in an agency or communications setting, or in a project management function
  • Bachelor’s degree
