The focus of this job is staying connected to trends, influencers, and cultural research, and social buzz.  You’ll work to bring insights and ideas to the team, and understand how ideas can motivate to achieve results for a brand. Poise and an engaging, empathetic communication style based on natural warmth and enthusiasm is the key to achieving the goals of this job. The job has a variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.


In this role, you’ll partner with our connection planners and brand planners. You’ll work independently and as a part of a team to understand social media and digital marketing initiatives, and cultural insights.            

- Partner with creative, strategy, and account to develop and optimize social media strategy and content for integrated marketing campaigns.

- Evaluate current and emerging efforts on social channels within the entertainment space, including new channel, and handle launches, marketing initiatives, and consumer outreach efforts

- Keep up to date and inform the client on the latest channel features and make recommendations on applicability to brand

- Utilize listening tools to generate insights and summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, client-facing reports

Partner with strategy and connections planning teams to create regular reports tracking both community engagement against established goals/metrics on our owned channels.

Required Experience:
