 Mission for this role:

This opportunity is for an Associate Digital Producer who will be an effective contributor to a cross-functional team that delivers best in class digital experiences in a variety of categories across an eclectic roster of global and national brands. In this role, you will lead digital marketing and web projects ensuring timely and successful delivery across various channels.

Digital Producers work side-by-side with the experience design, development & QA teams to define project requirements and quarterback the team through delivering on them. We are the first stop to help determine the scope, the budget, the approach, and the resources needed. We are committed to making the right digital experiences in the right way. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support and manage the end to end lifecycle of a digital project from requirements gathering, documentation of specs, and creative development to oversight of code development, quality assurance, and project launch.
  • Help develop detailed project plans and timelines and lead teams to established deadlines
  • Communicate project status to internal teams and clients on a regular basis
  • Have the ability to assess risk and maintain a flexible attitude to efficiently plan contingencies
  • Build an understanding of core technologies related to the development of digital assets
  • Route work through reviews and approvals
  • Report and track design, dev, and QA tasks using Jira 
  • Provide oversight and quality control on all assigned deliverables
  • Organize and maintain all project files in central location for each project
  • Manage and maintain websites via content management systems. Update existing pages and build out new pages based on approved copy, images, and other content.
  • Proactively share information with teammates, convey feedback accurately and clearly
  • Help communicate technical recommendations, digital dependencies and any possible limitations to internal teams and clients
  • Contribute to the documentation of business requirements and functional specs
  • Coordinate with internal and external web development teams
  • Serve as the point-of-contact for media and partner agencies
  • Work with analytics to ensure all digital assets are properly tagged

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • An entrepreneurial attitude toward problem solving
  • 1-3 years experience supporting or managing digital or creative projects, either in a previous role or as an intern/student
  • Familiarity with basic project management principles ie. being organized, detail-oriented, a natural “planner” 
  • Clear & concise communication style
  • Tenacity & eagerness to learn
  • Self-starter, “Doer” attitude
  • Flexible / adaptable
