EP+Co is looking for an Account Supervisor, with a focus in digital and web, that strikes that balance between the left brain and right in service of putting great work out in the world that strikes a chord and delivers results. As a master link in the Account chain, you’ll have senior leadership on speed dial, bridge the gap between client and agency, and no doubt take an account ex or two under your wing. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Exhibits a passion for digital innovation and telling brand stories across digital platforms.
  • Key supporting lead for web and mobile projects.
  • Research and develop an understanding of our client’s industry, competition, customer base, and drivers that impact their business
  • Craft POVs that demonstrate understanding of client’s and EP+Co’s priorities.
  • Shows openness to feedback, new ideas, and suggestions from others. Is quick and nimble to implement.
  • Demonstrates an ability to learn and handle more complex projects.
  • Studies cutting-edge marketing activities across channels and makes recommendations on which activities will provide the client and the agency with the best results.
  • Identifies issues and, when possible, makes new and creative recommendations on improvements to their manager.
  • Understands the “why” behind Creative work and client requests and is able to communicate this clearly and efficiently to others (verbally and in writing).

Performance Expectations:

  • Ability to draft and manage cross-functional teams, independently partnering with our creative, strategy and creative technology staff on digital projects, and collaborating on integrated deliverables.
  • Experience collaborating with supporting departments to execute programs, analyze performance and identify opportunities.
  • Is a true collaborator. Builds strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Receptive to new ideas creates an environment that encourages information sharing, and actively works with the team to help bring ideas to fruition.
  • Actively researches, synthesizes, and communicates current trends and changes in our industry as well as their client’s business.

  • Demonstrates an aptitude to lead meetings, with clear agendas, direction, and next steps.
  • Manages projects efficiently and effectively so they are completed on time, on budget, and in line with client expectations.

Required Experience: 

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in an advertising agency or creative marketing company
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in managing digital/interactive projects
  • Understanding of digital analytics, measurement and performance-driven insights
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Management experience
  • Channel experience leading campaigns across integrated platforms (TV, content development, digital, print, etc.)
  • Proven success and examples of building successful client relationships
