POSITION SUMMARY
Campaign (HubSpot) Operations Manager who can translate great marketing strategy into seamless, accurate execution. You will own the end-to-end build of EO’s global marketing campaigns inside HubSpot, ensuring that the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
You will help scale EO’s digital foundation by building workflows, maintaining lists and lifecycle stages, improving data integrity, and optimizing how we communicate with prospects, members, and leaders.
This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, clarity, automation, and thoughtful problem-solving — someone who sees systems as a way to help entrepreneurs learn, grow, and connect.
You will collaborate with teammates across product marketing, integrated marketing, data and analytics, regional teams, and global departments. Strong English communication is essential due to EO’s global footprint.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Campaign Execution and Automation
- Build, test, and launch HubSpot workflows for lifecycle, nurture, onboarding, lead routing, and re-engagement.
- Create and maintain audiences using smart lists, segmentation logic, and HubSpot properties.
- Set up and QA campaign assets including emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, and A/B tests.
- Ensure all assets follow EO naming, data hygiene, and folder conventions for global consistency.
- Support campaigns that help EO deliver a more seamless digital experience across chapters and regions.
Marketing Operations and Process Improvement
- Own and continuously improve EO’s campaign operations framework, SLAs, templates, and documentation.
- Maintain lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, and routing logic connected to our global CRM ecosystem.
- Monitor data quality and partner with analytics and technology teams on cleanup, deduping, and enrichment.
- Troubleshoot workflow logic, syncing issues, and multi-system interactions across HubSpot, Hivebrite, Chargebee, and Altai. (Aligned with Seamless Chapter Operations program.)
Analytics and Optimization
- Create and maintain dashboards to track conversion, attribution, audience engagement, and campaign health.
- Deliver insights that help EO optimize member journeys and strengthen recruitment and renewals.
- Run structured A/B tests and collaborate with product and integrated marketing to improve outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Gather campaign requirements from global teams, regional leaders, and product owners.
- Ensure creative assets meet technical requirements and accessibility standards.
- Communicate timelines, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively.
- Support adoption of shared systems that improve the member experience and reduce friction globally.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
- 3+ years in marketing operations, growth operations, or CRM automation roles.
- Deep hands-on experience in HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows, automation, lists, properties, forms, landing pages).
- Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and QA.
- Experience building multi-step nurture flows and lifecycle automation.
- Ability to analyze performance data and build dashboards in HubSpot.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Fluent English; comfortable collaborating across time zones and cultures.
Preferred
- Exposure to Salesforce or CRM syncing environments.
- Experience with Zapier or integration troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for light email edits.
- Experience in a global organization, membership model, or multi-market environment.
- HubSpot Certifications (Workflows, Email Marketing, RevOps, Marketing Hub).
