POSITION SUMMARY

The Manager, Growth at Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) is responsible for driving and executing growth strategies for membership at both regional and chapter levels. Collaborating closely with member leaders and regional staff teams, the Manager, Growth tailors and implements localized recruitment initiatives to seize market opportunities within the South Asia and APAC regions. Key responsibilities include optimizing chapter growth through data-driven analytics, tracking and assessing growth metrics, and engaging in a variety of market growth activities such as recruitment events, growth model implementations, campaigns, and new chapter launches.

 

This role requires a high degree of collaboration with member leaders and staff across multiple functions and regions to leverage existing EO products and programs for growth. The Manager, Growth, is instrumental in achieving EO’s ambitious growth objectives by fostering a dynamic and supportive environment for current and prospective members, ensuring sustained organizational expansion and success.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting & Partnering with Regional Member Growth Directors

Objective: Drive alignment and execution of regional growth priorities by serving as a proactive strategic and operational growth partner.

  • Lead the onboarding and transition process for new Growth Directors, including a 90-day ramp-up plan, access to tools, and alignment with the Growth Portfolio.
  • Prioritized Markets & Chapter Launches Business Cases
    • Support the development and execution of business cases by coordinating discussions, engaging stakeholders, identifying gaps, and ensuring alignment across regional, chapter, and portfolio teams.
  • Provide planning support, data analysis, and operational recommendations aligned with regional growth goals and Growthcast feedback.
  • Assist in the development and execution of co-investment plans, business cases, and chapter launch initiatives
  • Recommend and support the growth and development of chapters in current existing markets, focusing on strategic growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with Growth Directors and Growth Experts to identify at-risk chapters and develop growth plans to ensure sustainability and stabilization
  • Work with Growth Director and regional leadership on succession planning for growth-related roles for continuity
  • Manage systems for tracking growth progress and ensuring accountability
  • Facilitate timely, transparent communication between regional staff, Growth Directors, and the Growth Portfolio
  • Ensure Growth Directors have access to the tools, reporting, and resources needed to lead effectively
  • Support follow-through on action items, documentation, and execution of regional growth initiatives

 

Supporting Recruitment Experts

Objective: Strengthen the effectiveness and consistency of chapter-level recruitment execution.

  • Lead the onboarding and transition process for new Membership Experts, including a 90-day ramp-up plan, access to tools, and alignment with the Membership Experts.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Growth Directors and Membership Experts
  • Equip Experts with updated tools, templates, and onboarding materials
  • Support escalation tracking (e.g., red flags in recruitment efforts)
  • Help surface training needs or operational blockers from Experts
  • Monthly calls with membership – content development

 

Supporting Membership Chairs

Objective: Ensure Membership Chairs have consistent onboarding experience, operational support, and access to best practices.

  • Manage and deliver the Membership Chair onboarding process, including yearly checklists, role orientation, and transition support from outgoing Chairs.
  • Monitor chair engagement and support request patterns, surfacing concerns to the region and growth portfolio.
  • Track prospect journey health and application pipeline reporting
  • Serve as the behind-the-scenes coordinator to ensure Chairs receive timely support, resources, and follow-up
  • Effectively bridge and articulate Global growth initiatives
  • Work closely with Chapter staff to provide guidance and assistance on recruitment resources and onboarding members.

 

Regional Planning & Development

Objective: To support regional growth and chapter development through strategic recruitment, market expansion, and cross-regional alignment.

  • Implements and executes organizational strategies across recruitment at the chapter level in collaboration with the regions, focusing on:
    • Chapter recruitment initiatives and best practices
    • Regional market segmentation plans
    • Feeder programs and initiatives
  • Implementation and organization of adapted recruitment and launch activities in new and existing markets.
  • Collaborate with regional teams across South Asia and APAC for alignment and drive successful execution of cross-regional strategic initiatives
  • Document and analyze growth challenges on a chapter level.
  • Manage the application process for new applicants.
  • Integrate new chapters into the existing support system globally and within the regions.
  • Track and monitor regional growth targets and investment plans.
  • Execute strategies for increasing the number of mega chapters in regions.
  • Monitor and stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in non-profits at the chapter level.

 

Operational Optimization

Objective: To improve recruitment through MFD collaboration, data insights, event leadership, and tech optimization.

  • Liaise with respective MFDs for accountability, support, and best practice sharing.
  • Generate and distribute growth team reports for optimization of recruitment strategies and engagement with MFDs.
  • Leads and participates in launch and recruitment events assigned.
  • Optimize and suggest technology capabilities to improve and enhance recruitment efforts.

Ad-Hoc Portfolio & Region Specific

Objective: Enable the successful execution of Growth Portfolio priorities

  • Gather and collect the investment plan (both rounds) for further analysis and summation.
  • Support the specific portfolio stream (including chapter launches and recruitment campaigns/initiatives)
    • Regional growth empowerment leaders
    • Recruitment – Multi-Channel Growth
    • Chapter Launches

 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in a growth or development role.
  • 3 years of project management experience required, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Preferred experience working with entrepreneurial incubators, accelerators, or non-profit organizations.
  • Experience in event management, including handling program budgets and coordinating marketing efforts, is preferred.
  • Ability to interact with entrepreneurs and stakeholders with tact, diplomacy, and poise.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Superior writing and presentation skills, dedicated to providing outstanding support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and other relevant tools and technologies.
  • Collaborative self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and solution-based thinking.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfort and proficiency in working across cultures, geographies, and time zones.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in using data analytics to drive growth and optimize recruitment strategies.
