About the role:
The Solar Specialist will be responsible for managing customer leads from various sources by connecting with them through phone and email. This position will be responsible for the complete sales cycle - nurturing the lead, making the sales and post sales follow up. Experience in direct sales in a call center environment is key to being successful in this role. The position is open in Boise, ID or Austin, TX. 
  
What you will do:
  • Make outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educate them on Enphase products as well as the overall solar buying process.  
  • After consultation, connect customers with installers to complete their purchase and installation.   
  • Understand customer needs and offer solutions to help them.  
  • Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information.  
  • Track customer interactions with customer service tickets.  
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.  
  
Who you are and what you bring:
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Minimum 1 year of solar sales experience
  • College Degree preferred
  • Proven track record of selling solar products to homeowner customers
  • Demonstrated experience in lead qualification and appointment setting
  • Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

The base pay range for this position is $46,900 to $70,000 in ID.

The base pay range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 in TX. 

This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
