Role Overview:
Enphase is looking for motivated and self-driven Associate Engineers (New College Graduates) to join our Firmware Engineering team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about embedded systems, firmware development, and renewable energy technologies.
You will work on cutting-edge products involving battery storage, grid interfacing systems, and next-generation microgrid solutions, contributing to real-world energy transformation.

What you can expect in your role:
- Design, develop, debug, and optimize embedded firmware for microcontroller-based systems
- Develop and implement real-time control algorithms for battery and grid-interfacing devices
- Work with RTOS-based systems and safety-critical firmware
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, validation, compliance, and ASIC teams
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and system-level validation in lab environments
- Support product development across the entire lifecycle from concept to production
- Contribute to documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Embedded Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Graduating in 2025 or 2026 batches.
Required Skills
- Strong programming skills in C / Embedded C
- Solid foundation in analog and digital electronics
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN
- Good understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems
- Knowledge of RTOS fundamentals
- Exposure to power electronics or control systems
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python for test automation
- Internship or academic project experience in embedded systems
