  • Manage electrical safety programmes including LOTO, isolation procedures, and high-voltage testing protocols, and act as Radiation Safety Officer (full training provided)
  • Review, update, and formally endorse the WHS documentation framework for our Australian field workforce, ensuring compliance across all states and territories
  • Serve as the primary EHS point of contact for Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers operating across Australia
  • Administer the SafetyCulture platform as the field safety documentation tool and develop structured EHS training and toolbox talks for field personnel
  • Conduct risk assessments specific to R&D activities, prototype testing, and residential and commercial solar and battery installation environments
  • Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis (ICAM or equivalent) across both environments, and track corrective actions to closure
  • Provide regular reporting to management on EHS performance, compliance status, and key risks across ANZ
  • Engage corporate and legal stakeholders to maintain governance and sign-off processes for safety documentation
  • Periodic travel to Australia will be required.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain EHS documentation, risk frameworks, and management system processes
  • Experience conducting risk assessments, internal audits, and incident investigations
  • Comfortable working autonomously, with the ability to engage and influence people you will not always see in person
