About the role
As a key member of our Online Business team within the Marketing organization, you will leverage your analytical skills to enhance website performance and user experience. Your responsibilities will include optimizing landing pages, analyzing user behavior, and derive actionable insights from large datasets. You will support A/B testing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance metrics, ensuring our marketing strategies are data-driven and effective. Job Responsibilities:
- Configure and oversee Google Tag Manager (GTM) to implement tracking codes, pixels, and tags efficiently.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to enhance user experience, boost engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve funnel performance.
- Develop, manage, and enhance custom reports with detailed web performance metrics to monitor, maintain, and improve data accuracy and reporting.
- Collaborate with product and business teams to analyze user behavior data and provide insights that drive conversions.
- Extract insights and hypotheses from dashboards and data analytics tools.
- Continuously propose improvements to enhance website user experience.
- Understand the website's lead generation process and suggest optimizations for better conversion rates.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to set up tracking for marketing campaigns, form submissions, button clicks, and other custom events.
- Perform regular audits to ensure accurate tracking and identify potential discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup and troubleshooting.
- Experience in building dashboards and visual reports using Incorta, Power BI, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), or similar tools.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in lead generation, CRO, and A/B testing.
- Proven track record of increasing web traffic through various strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Understanding of SEO, SEM, and key online marketing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and CSS for advanced tracking and customization (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
