About the role
As a key member of our Online Business team within the Marketing organization, you will leverage your analytical skills to enhance website performance and user experience. Your responsibilities will include optimizing landing pages, analyzing user behavior, and utilizing SQL and BI tools to derive actionable insights from large datasets. You will support A/B testing initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance metrics, ensuring our marketing strategies are data-driven and effective. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
SQL Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL, Power Bi , Python or R with the ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
Web Analytics Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, as well as A/B testing platforms like Optimizely.
Basic Understanding of Web Analytics: Knowledge of fundamental web analytics concepts, including tracking implementations, audience segmentation, and goal setting.
BI Tools & Excel Skills: Experience with BI tools (e.g., Incorta) and proficiency in advanced Excel or Google Sheets functions.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations confidently to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
As a valued member of our Online Business team within the Marketing organization, your responsibilities will include:
Website Optimization: Analyze website performance and landing pages to identify key metrics that drive user engagement and conversions.
Landing Page Improvement: Assist in optimizing landing pages to maximize conversion rates through effective content and design strategies.
User Experience Enhancement: Support the continuous improvement of the signup flow and buying experience by analyzing user behavior and identifying conversion opportunities.
Data Analysis: Use SQL and BI tools to analyze large datasets, create dashboards, and generate reports from multiple data sources.
A/B Testing Support: Participate in analysis and reporting for web A/B testing initiatives, collaborating with the web team and product managers.
Metric Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics and conduct investigations to understand factors driving success in the marketing funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth & Monetization product managers, the Web team, and Marketing leaders to leverage data for measuring success.
Dashboard Development: Contribute to designing and developing insightful dashboards that help teams track their key performance indicators (KPIs). Should develop a deep understanding on the company’s goals and proactively suggest solutions and enhancements to current processes.
