Enphase is looking for an extraordinary Facilities Coordinator located in the Enphase Bangalore, India facility who can support the fellow global team members and vendors.
 
Enphase is seeking Technical Support Technician to join our Customer Service Organization to provide on-site support to customers of our Solar inverter products and future storage solutions. This role will be responsible to make sure best in class service is provided to customers by working in close coordination with Engineering, Training, Sales, Customer Service, Product Line Management and Facilities.
 
About the role
  • Travel is required to cover the areas of responsibility of our customers.
  • Location of the candidate: Trivandrum
  • Service of Enphase (internal) PV and Storage systems in the area of the Field Service Technician.
  • Schedule customer site visits and coordinate activities between Enphase customer support team/FAE team and installers/Homeowners
  • Perform onsite testing and diagnostics of system performance and behavior
  • Complete site audit reports and documentation
  • Complete microinverter maintenance and update Enlighten monitoring system with changes
  • Participate in regular safety training and conduit training to installers and homeowners
  • Maintain tool management standards required for field commissioning and maintenance activities
  • Respond to customer needs promptly; Provide appropriate customer service
  • Perform other duties as needed or directed
  • Teaches and trains crew on proper techniques for installation
  • Detail Oriented, ability to review designs and develop specific BOS
  • Ability to work independently without oversight
  • Committed to improving processes and efficiency, while maintaining high workmanship standards

What you will Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience specific to PV system Design/Execution/field support of installations and service
  • Should be a Graduate – B.E/B.Tech and should have scored 60% and above in 10th,12th, and graduation 
  • Knowledge of PV string/microinverters installations, execution, grounding, commission and field troubleshooting activities
  • Flexible and adaptable. Ability to manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
  • Knowledge of and observance of safety and security procedures
