Job Description GROWTH OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

As a marketing operations analyst, you will assist the Growth marketing team in analysing data and providing insights for different growth marketing initiatives running across different countries. Through your analytical prowess you will convert data into stories, identify insights and providing the growth marketing team with a clear view into market opportunities. You will also set-in place and manage tracking and reporting mechanisms of various growth marketing programs worldwide, providing insight into what is working and what is not. You will also be the primary source of truth for reporting business metrics on marketing generated leads and revenue world-wide, providing a window into whether our initiatives are moving in the right direction.

Key responsibilities

  • Consult and advise revenue teams with decision making on programs and campaigns basis a strong mix of data analysis, customer research and market scans
  • Set in place and manage tracking and reporting mechanisms of various revenue programs worldwide, providing insight into what is working and what is not
  • Primary source of truth for reporting business metrics of digital store/website revenue worldwide
  • Assist revenue team in program/campaign execution
  • Data analytics – Conducting analytics exercises to derive business insights from data

Requirements

  • B.Tech. from a premier institute, MBA from a Tier -II institute
  • Preferred 1-2 years of experience in analytics, sales, marketing, category management
  • Superior analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to dive in and quickly understand the root cause and identify scalable solutions
  • Desire and ability to work independently and autonomously
