Rapid Aesthetic Medical Support Manager
Job Summary - a concise overview of the job
The Rapid Aesthetic Medical Support Manager is an aesthetics clinical expert who will respond to unsolicited requests for medical information from HCPs as they relate to Endo Aesthetics products and the aesthetics therapeutic areas. This position is an MA position reporting into the Sr. Medical Director, Aesthetics. Their primary responsibility will be to engage in scientific data exchange and disseminate fair and balanced clinical information to HCPs in response to unsolicited medical inquiries triaged by the Medical Information call center. The RAMS Manager will use approved clinical materials to guide their discussions and will appropriately document and report any Adverse Events and / or product complaints according to company policy.
All incumbents are responsible for following applicable Division & Company policies and procedures.

Medical Inquiry Support &
Product information/ Scientific data expert
§ Primary lead for responding to HCP inquires and requests for Medical Information triaged from the medical information call center.
§ Provide fair and balanced clinical information to support scientific exchange using approved materials and scientific data to support Endo Aesthetics
§ Document all unsolicited requests for medical information according to company policy
§ Document and report Adverse Events according to company policy
§ Communicate by established process with MI to close the loop on medical inquires
§ Collaborate with MI colleagues in the development of SRLs and custom response letters.
§ Align with cross functional team to identify trends in inquires and scientific knowledge gaps.
§ Maintain and demonstrate thorough and up-to-date knowledge on product information, published data, and the Aesthetics industry
§ Research and evaluate BD opportunities
§ Present Endo authored manuscripts and data at symposia
Training & Education
§ Develop medical content for internal training and external stakeholder education
§ Collaborate with cross functional team members to support the development and maintenance of educational platforms and systems.
R&D support to internal stakeholders
§ Collaborate with Medical Affairs to educate internal stakeholders on science and clinical data
Education & Experience
Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job
§ Minimum of a BS degree in Nursing, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Practitioner degree. Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in a relevant scientific or medical discipline preferred
§ 2+ years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in R&D, scientific, and/or medical affairs is preferred
§ Previous experience treating aesthetic patients (plastic surgery or dermatology preferred) in a clinical setting
Proficiency in a body of information required for the job
e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
§ Strong knowledge of the Aesthetics landscape specific to body contouring including devices and injectable. Hands-on experience preferable
§ Knowledge of OIG, PhRMA, FDA, AMA and other relevant guidance is preferred
