Influence Supplier Diversity Utilization | Collaborate with Strategic Sourcing, internal stakeholders, and diversity councils to identify relevant diverse suppliers to participate in sourcing events and other projects. Strategy Development | Establish near and long-term Supplier Diversity program objectives, ensuring plans align with business objectives and industry Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) guidelines. | 10% | |
Supplier Diversity Reporting & Analytics | Develop and execute Supplier Diversity reporting and data analytics for internal and external reporting | 15% | |
Small Business Sub-Contracting Liaison | Manage Endo’s Small Business Sub-Contracting Program, which includes developing annual goals and creating/submitting associated reporting to the applicable agencies. | 10% | |
External Relationship Management | Represent Endo externally at meetings and events with suppliers and diversity councils. | 15% | |

Qualifications | |||
Education & Experience | Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience and certifications required for the job | ||
§ 3+ years of relevant experience is desired, which may include: o Leading or supporting a supplier diversity program o Owning or working at a small/diverse company in an external-facing role o Working at a diversity-focused organization (e.g. NGLCC, WBENC, NMSDC, or similar) § Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or equivalent experience § Experience operating in a virtual environment is desirable § Experience with government small business subcontracting reporting requirements is a plus | |||
Knowledge | Proficiency in a body of information required for the job e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc. | ||
§ Understanding of supplier diversity reporting methodologies and best practices. § Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholder types (e.g. Local Supply Chain, Executive Leadership). § Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint) with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and/or similar presentation technologies. § Familiarity with strategic sourcing/procurement principals (e.g. Request for Proposals, Supplier Selection/Contracting, Requisition to PO, etc.) is a plus. | |||
