The Job at a Glance
As an Operations Support Specialist, you will work within our fast-paced, distribution and repair center environment. You will receive, verify, pack, and ship repaired and refurbished products in accordance with established standards of procedures.
A Typical Day
- Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures
- Receive, inspect, document and label incoming product
- Package and ship repaired and refurbished product
- Maintain the receiving and shipping areas to ensuring the area remains free of clutter and trash
- Move repaired and unrepaired product within the warehouse and work areas
- Verify and process data, creating repair tickets
- Create estimates, upload images, and notify clients with updates
- Other duties as identified by management to support operational objectives

- You have great communication skills & you’re proficient in English (verbal and written).
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You can follow instructions and procedures with minimum supervision
- Experience in a warehouse or repair center environment is helpful
- You have strong computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple web sites
- You can lift up to 30 lbs. frequently
- You can sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
- You are looking to work Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
