The Job at a Glance  

Become an integral part of our team as a Purchasing Specialist, focusing on facilitating purchase order updates, tracking estimated time of arrival (ETA), following up on backorders with suppliers, coordinating rerouting and splitting of customer orders, and collaborating closely with our warehouse team to ensure smooth shipment receipt.  

   

A Typical Day  

  • PO updates, including price adjustments and part substitutions, as well as ETA tracking, and backorder follow-ups with suppliers.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of shipments, resolving any discrepancies as needed.
  • Maintain communication with vendors and suppliers to track order statuses and address any issues that may arise.
  • Rerouting and splitting of customer orders as necessary.

   

   

   

To Land This Opportunity  

  • Possess 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a focus on administrative roles in procurement, call center, or related fields.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking and management of PO-related tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English.
  • Prior experience in post-PO operations, logistics, or supply chain management is preferred.
