The Job at a Glance
The Customer Concierge will handle emails, report, pricing, quotes, parts identification, shipping, tracking, and returns. You will be part of a group of Customer Concierges that provide top notch customer service, always upholding Encompass’s high-quality standards and going above and beyond by exceeding customer expectations every day. Stellar communication skills and strong attention to detail are a must!
A Typical Day
- Answer high volume of emails (150+/day) backing up our inbound team on phones, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Process customer requests, order entry and order status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability, ETAs, returns, etc.
- Effectively collaborate with customers and internal departments, and team members, regarding the customers’ needs.
To Land This Opportunity
- You’re an all-star communicator and are proficient in English (both written and oral).
- You have at least 2 years of custom services experience in a face to face or over the phone role.
- You pay close attention to detail, as far as your concerned anything worth doing should be done right!
- You’re self-motivated, with a proven ability to learn quickly and work effectively in an evolving work environment.
- You are proficient in Excel and type at least 50 wpm.
- You are available to work M-F 9:00am – 6:00pm (EST) with flexibility to adjust to different hours, if needed. This is a remote position.
