The Job at a Glance

We are a growing, dynamic company with a dedicated team of eCommerce professionals looking for a highly motivated SEM Coordinator to join our marketing team as we continue to grow our B2C eCommerce business across our five brands (fix.com, partselect.com, ereplacementparts.com, easyapplianceparts.com, and genuinereplacementparts.com).

A Typical Day

  • Creating, monitoring, and reporting on advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook and more! 
  • Monitoring and managing advertising accounts: Regularly optimizing our campaigns using both growth and efficiency industry best practices.
  • Creating and testing your own unique ideas to improve overall quality and success of our campaigns. Using data to determine when to pivot account strategic decisions and deliver actionable insights.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and adapting to new best practices.
  • Reporting on project performance and how it relates to our greater strategy (using Excel, Looker Studio, and Google Analytics)

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • You have experience in paid search marketing (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, etc.)
  • You have strong analytics, problem solving, and systems analysis skills
  • You have organizational and time-management skills
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You have experience with MS Excel – comfortable working with large spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas
  • You have statistical reasoning
  • You live in one of these states: Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Indiana, or Texas. 
  • Bonus points if you have experience in statistics or game theory, have knowledge of machine learning and automation, have relevant education in fields such as economics, mathematics, and computer science, or have familiarity with Looker Studio, and Google Analytics
