• Community Hospital with manageable volumes in the Christus Spohn Health system
• 1:4 Call f 
• Case types include bread and butter general surgery, Endo, Cysto, Urology, Orthopedic, and GYN.
• 39 weeks of coverage a year 
•  The schedule is: first week is 7-3, second week is 7-5, third week would finish up any cases after 5 and cover call, and every fourth week is off!
